Who operates the service

Kaine Armstrong trading as Passive Fire Leads. Contact enquiries@passivefireleads.co.uk about an enquiry, introduction or concern.

What we do

We help structure passive-fire project requirements and manage contractor introductions. Each enquiry is reviewed individually against the requirement, location and project fit. Where a suitable option is unavailable, we explain the position and review the network gap.

What you agree with a contractor

Technical advice, surveys, specifications, quotations, installation and any certification are the responsibility of the appointed contractor or specialist. You decide whether to appoint them and agree the work directly. Client payments for project work go to the contractor, not through Passive Fire Leads.

Commercial arrangements

Any contractor fee must be separately agreed in writing before it applies. Applicable commercial conditions are agreed with the contractor in writing before they apply.

Reports and personal information

Only submit documents you are authorised to share. We keep uploads in restricted storage and control information sharing during the introduction process.

Questions or concerns

Contact us with your project reference and the outcome you are seeking. Raise concerns about technical advice or work with the responsible contractor as well.
