Founding contractor pilot

The work you want.
A better starting brief.

Help property teams across the UK turn identified passive-fire requirements into well-scoped projects.

We’re recruiting contractors for commercial and multi-residential work—particularly where a survey or FRA has already identified defects.

No obligation to quote every enquiry. Applying starts a review, not an automatic approval.

shape the match.

A useful enquiry needs to fit your business. We record your preferences before considering an introduction.

01 / Services

Stay within your specialism

Tell us which fire-door, fire-stopping and compartmentation services you deliver. Eligibility is reviewed for each work category.

02 / Location

Work where it makes sense

Choose postcode areas, counties and a practical travel radius for your team.

03 / Project size

Set a worthwhile scope

Record minimum, ideal and maximum project values, plus the building sectors you accept or avoid.

04 / Capacity

Keep availability realistic

Confirm current capacity and an achievable response time. Preferences can be updated as your workload changes.

Before you decide to quote

A project brief,
not just a phone number.

Our enquiry form collects the information needed for a useful first conversation. Missing details are clarified during review; we don’t invent a scope or a budget.

Customer reports may be incomplete. Technical assessment and the final quotation remain the contractor’s responsibility.

What we aim to establish

  • Service required and project postcode
  • Building type and approximate scale
  • Identified defects and available reports
  • Timescale and budget, where known
  • Contact details and procurement authority

Customer information is shared as part of an agreed introduction.

From application to pilot

A conversation first.
Evidence before referrals.

01

Tell us about your business

Submit your company details and preferred work profile. Optional evidence details can be added now or during review.

02

Agree what good looks like

Discuss coverage, services, sectors, capacity and what makes an opportunity worth considering.

03

Complete the evidence review

We check company identity, insurance, relevant certification scope and comparable work before approving specific categories.

Approval is specific to the work.

A certificate for one activity does not establish suitability for every service. An introduction does not guarantee competence or certify a building.

A managed introduction

Review the opportunity before the introduction.

An anonymised brief

See the service, broad location, building type, approximate scale and timing. Customer contact details and full reports are held back at this stage.

Confirm your interest

Tell us whether the scope fits and confirm capacity. We record your response against the project reference.

A recorded introduction

Following approval and client agreement, the parties are formally introduced. Quotes, outcomes and any separately agreed fee are tracked against the same reference.

Before you apply

A few practical answers.

Will I have to quote every project?

No. You choose whether to pursue an opportunity. Let us know when a brief does not fit, so your preferences stay useful.

What happens after the free opportunities?

Our proposed future model is a success fee on won work, initially around 5%, subject to an agreed cap and reviewed written terms. It is not a final tariff; no fee is charged without your agreement.

Does applying make my company Live?

No. Your application is pending review. Evidence, service scope and capacity must be checked before any live referral.

Do you already have work waiting?

We are recruiting the founding network and testing the enquiry process. We make no promise of lead volume, exclusivity or contracts.
